Access Information

The intercity (KTEL) bus station in Kalavryta is located next to the Cultural Center on Panos Polkas Street, just a few meters from the Hospital.
From Monday to Friday there are 2 daily routes from Aigio to Kalavryta (via Mega Spilaio) at 07:00 and 14:10. On Saturday there is only one route at 07:00.

The Hospital is centrally located in Kalavryta on Panos Polkas Street (formerly “Omogenon Amerikis Street”). Access is very easy both from the Diakopto – Kalavryta Road and from National Road 33 (locally known as “111”) connecting Patras – Kalavryta – Tripoli.

There are three daily routes with the Rack Railway from Diakopto to Kalavryta.
09:52 (Route 1330), 12:17 (Route 1332), and 15:07 (Route 1336). The Kalavryta railway station is located very close to the Hospital.

According to an announcement by OSE, as of March 12, 2026, the Odontotos Railway has been suspended until the prevailing conditions are reassessed and the necessary geological studies are conducted in the area surrounding Mount Chelmos, in cooperation with the relevant local authorities.

A few meters away from the hospital there is a taxi rank (in front of the railway station). Taxi drivers serve the entire area of Kalavryta.
